The iPad 3 Winner from The Atlanta Gift Mart!

Congratulations to Pat Brown of The Ginger Bread House in Danville, VA for winning an iPad 3 simply by visiting and registering in the Creative Co-Op Atlanta showroom this summer!

Pat with her iPad the day of its arrival!

“I think it was cool to register for the gift on the iPad at the service desk in your showroom,” says Pat. “I have been a Creative Co-Op customer for a long time – always finding great gifts for our store to sell, at very fare prices, and this just seems to get more and more important every season. We, as buyers, must be very mindful of this even more then ever and you folks seem to understand this. Keep up the good work!”

Notes From the Road, September 2011

Hello!  It’s been a long hot summer, but it’s gone by so, so fast! This past summer show season came and went in the blink of an eye! Before I knew it, it was once again time to put the finishing touches on January 2012 new releases for Creative Co-Op.

Notes From the Road, Spring 2011

Hello! Can you believe how fast the time goes by? Soon we will all be talking presidential elections and Holiday decorations once again! The world just keeps on spinning forward!!! I’m so glad we are all here together! I’m so very excited to write for several reasons; mainly, our next release is done!!!!! Yeah!! I don’t want to say too much, but even I am amazed at this next season’s release, and there is a lot of it!!! Much is certainly not the same as before – I’m so thrilled for you to see the new product at the summer markets. It’s really been a labor of love this season, and we are so pleased (albeit a bit nervous – as always) that the response from you will be as we all hope it will be. We have finished up in the “sweat house,” oops, I meant studio, for photography. This part of the season is always an interesting challenge, but strangely I find myself actually comforted with the process now. It is in the studio that we are able to put together the last of the details so that you can all actually see what it is we’ve been working on. Read more »

Notes From the Road, Winter 2011

Bonjour!

It’s been a whirlwind two months so far this year, shows were joyfully busy! We keep thinking how it can get any busier in these showrooms and our customers keep showing us that it is indeed possible! How lucky are we? Our customers are simply the best! The business of each show season takes patience on our customers’ part as it is truly a “jungle” inside the showrooms at times and yet our customers come and work through the crowds. We all need to keep that spirit of gratitude and excitement in each and every day! Thank you to everyone for all of the hard work that goes into our show season! As hard as it was to leave the jungle of the shows this year, it just had to be done as the road was calling…off to Paris.

Notes From the Road, Fall 2010

I’m asked frequently “What trends do you see coming? What’s in, what’s out? What inspired you? I’m asked so often that I now ask myself that question regularly so that I’m prepared with a halfway intelligent sounding answer – But recently I’ve had a hard time answering myself. Rewind a year ago, two years ago – I had good clear answers! So what is wrong with me now that I can’t answer? I spent a rainy day trying to calm down and relax, and I found that indeed I had reasons, influences and trends. They just happen to be different than they used to be, and they seem so slight that I find it hard to bring myself to say they are trends – but they are as real as the desire for a butterfly or lodge inspired home once was.
