INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Ground Beef
½ tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
3 Garlic Cloves, grated
½ White Onion, finely diced
2 Tbsp F+F Green Jalapeño Pepper Jelly
6 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
6 Tomato Slices
6 Lettuce Leaves
6-12 Bacon Slices (optional)
6 Onion Rings (optional)
6 Sesame Seed Buns
12 Tbsp F+F Green Jalapeño Pepper Jelly
DIRECTIONS:
1. Begin by making the burger patties. Add ground beef to a bowl, and season generously with salt & pepper.
2. Grate or finely chop your garlic and onion, and add to meat mixture.
3. Add 2 Tbsp of F+F Green Jalapeño Pepper Jelly, and mix until combined.
4. Form the patties, pressing into uniform discs about ½ inch thick.
5. Slice toppings and set aside for assembly.
6. Cook bacon and onion rings, if desired, for topping the burger.
7. Cook burger patties on a grill or a stove top until desired temperature has been reached; then melt cheese on top.
8. Toast your buns in the oven at 375°F for 5 minutes, or in a toaster, until lightly browned.
9. Spread 1 tablespoon of F+F Green Jalapeño Pepper Jelly onto the bottom half of each toasted bun, and another tablespoon of jelly onto the top half of each bun.
10. Finish assembling the burgers, placing a burger patty onto each bottom & topping with tomato, onion ring, lettuce & bacon. Top each burger with a top bun, & serve!"</antml:image>

JALAPENO CRANBERRY SIMPLE SYRUP INGREDIENTS:
1 c Water
¾ c Dark Brown Sugar
½ c Cranberries, fresh, thawed or canned
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Tbsp of F+F Green Jalapeño Pepper Jelly
FIZZ COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
2 ½ oz Bourbon
1-2 Tbsp Jalapeño Cranberry Simple Syrup
9 oz Club Soda
Mint Leaves, for garnish
Cranberries, for garnish
JALAPENO CRANBERRY SIMPLE SYRUP DIRECTIONS:
1. Bring the water to a boil over medium heat. Add in dark brown sugar, whisking vigorously until it is dissolved.
2. Add cranberries to the pot & boil until they begin to pop & dissolve.
3. Stir in vanilla & F+F Green Jalapeño Pepper Jelly.
4. Bring to a simmer for one minute, until all combined. Remove from heat & let cool.
FIZZ COCKTAIL DIRECTIONS:
5. Pour bourbon & club soda into a glass. Stir in jalapeño cranberry simple syrup.

INGREDIENTS:
8 Jalapeño Peppers, whole
8 oz Block Cream Cheese, softened
1 Tbsp Whole Milk
2 Garlic Cloves, grated or finely chopped
¼ Tsp Smoked Paprika
Salt & Pepper, to taste
F+F Green Jalapeño Pepper Jelly
½ c Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
8 Slices Bacon
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Halve & core the jalapeño peppers, removing all seeds & white parts.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, milk & garlic cloves. Season the mixture with smoked paprika, salt & pepper.
4. Stir in a small amount of F+F Green Jalapeño Pepper Jelly to taste & half of the shredded pepper jack cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
5. Stuff each cored jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
6. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a slice of bacon & place them on a baking sheet.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy & the peppers are bubbly.

2 tsp Ginger, freshly grated
Juice of ½ Orange
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 Green Onion, chopped
¼ tsp Sriracha or Chili Crisp/Flakes (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place ½ cup of F+F Green Jalapeño Pepper Jelly into a bowl, whisking it a bit to soften it.
2. Add grated clove & ginger to the jelly, along with orange juice, fish sauce & soy sauce. Mix until combined. Stir in chopped onion.
3. Whisk in sriracha or chili crisp/flakes, if desired.

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound Green Beans
½ cup F+F Hot Pepper Jelly
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped or grated
½ cup Crispy Shallots or Fried Onions
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Bring a medium-sized sauce pan of generously salted water to a boil.
3. Trim the ends of your green beans & add to the boiling water. Remove the green beans from the water after 1-2 minutes & place them into an ice bath. Then add them to a mixing bowl.
4. Warm ½ cup of F+F Hot Pepper Jelly in the microwave, & pour into the green bean bowl. Season with salt & pepper, toss in the garlic, & mix well..
5. Place the green beans on a lined sheet tray, & bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes, until some color has developed.
6. Remove from the oven & plate up the beans, adding more F+F Hot Pepper Jelly if desired.
