Kick in the Pants Seasoning

Our F+F Kick in the Pants Seasoning combines the heat of fiery chilies, bold notes of zesty peppercorns, tangy herbs + parmesan cheese. This seasoning adds robust character to any dish, infusing each bite with an unforgettable kick that leaves you craving more!

Sometimes all a dish needs is a little kick. This blend is just that. We can’t call it spicy, but it will send your taste buds jumping. We have not found anything this blend doesn’t work well with!

Recipes:


Kick in the Pants Snack Crackers

INGREDIENTS:
2 Sleeves of Saltines
½ c Olive Oil
½ c Canola Oil 
4 Tbsp Brown Sugar 
5 Tbsp F+F Kick in the Pants Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place all crackers into a ziplock bag.
2. Whisk together F+F Kick in the Pants Seasoning, sugar & oils in a bowl, making sure everything is evenly distributed.
3. Pour spice mixture over crackers in ziplock bag to marinate, ideally overnight or at least 4 hours. The mixture will stick to the crackers & bag; make sure to gently roll the bag around to distribute to all crackers. You want to try & keep the crackers as whole as possible.
4. After marinating, place crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Scrape from the bag any remaining chunks of seasoning & sprinkle on top of crackers.
5. Bake at 350°F for about 5 minutes. The sugar burns fast; watch closely and remove from oven when the sugar has begun to melt. Let cool for 20 minutes before serving.

Kick in the Pants Creamy Dip

INGREDIENTS: 
1 c Cream Cheese, whipped or softened
¼ c F+F Kick in the Pants Seasoning 
¼ c Water

INSTRUCTIONS: 
1. Add ¼ cup of water to a small bowl and stir in ¼ cup F+F Kick in the Pants Seasoning. This will activate the spice.
2. Whisk into cream cheese until soft & fluffy. 
3. Great served at room temperature, or for a deliciously warm treat, try baking at 375°F for 10 to 15 minutes, until bubbly & brown. 
4. Serve with veggies, crackers, etc.

Kick in the Pants Baked Potato

INGREDIENTS: 
1 Russet Potato
¼ c Sour Cream 
4 Tbsp F+F Kick in the Pants Seasoning 

INSTRUCTIONS: 
1. Scrub the potato skin thoroughly with water & dry with a paper towel. 
2. Pierce the potato with a fork on all sides. 
3. Place on a microwaveable plate & microwave for 5-10 minutes, depending on size of the potato, flipping halfway. 
4. Once fully cooked & soft, let it cool for at least 10 minutes.
5. While the potato cools, combine sour cream & F+F Kick in the Pants Seasoning until they are mixed well. 
6. Slice potato lengthwise, top with seasoned sour cream & serve.
