Sweet + Smokey Mustard Dip

Our Sweet + Smokey Mustard Dip is tangy, sweet, and with a hint of smoke. It pairs well with turkey sandwiches, potato salad, and pretzels.

Jalapeño Peach Shrimp Skewers

INGREDIENTS: 
1 Jar F+F Jalapeño Peach Preserves 
2 Tbsp F+F Sweet + Smokey Mustard Dip 
¼ c Water
1 ½ lbs Shrimp, peeled & deveined 
1 Bell Pepper 
1 Red Onion 
½ Eggplant

**Skewers 

DIRECTIONS: 
1. In a large container, combine F+F Jalapeño Peach Preserves & F+F Sweet + Smokey Mustard Dip, thinning with ¼ cup water. 
2. Add shrimp & marinate 15 minutes in the fridge.
3. Cut the bell pepper, onion & eggplant into ¼ inch chunks.
4. Put all the chopped vegetables & marinated shrimp in a bowl.
5. Begin skewering items, alternating veggies & shrimp.
6. Grill or bake in an oven until cooked.

Chipotle Raspberry & Smokey Mustard Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS: 
1 Garlic Clove
3 Tbsp Shallots, chopped
2 tsp F+F Sweet + Smokey Mustard Dip 
Juice of 2 Lemons 
½ tsp Honey 
½ tsp Apple Cider Vinegar 
¼ c Olive Oil 
4 Tbsp F+F Chipotle Raspberry Sauce 
Salt & Pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS:
1. Grate up garlic on a microplane & finely chop 3 tablespoons of shallot.
2. Blend together F+F Sweet + Smokey Mustard Dip, lemon juice, honey & apple cider vinegar in a food processor or blender.
3. Slowly add in oil & mix until emulsified. 
4. Add in F+F Chipotle Raspberry Sauce & blend.
5. Season with salt & pepper, & serve immediately. Can last 2-3 days, if refrigerated.

Seville Orange Chicken Marinade

INGREDIENTS: 
½ c F+F Sweet + Smokey Mustard Dip
1 jar F+F Seville Orange + Fennel Preserves 
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 
Juice of 1 Orange
3 lbs Chicken Thighs, Boneless Skinless 

DIRECTIONS:
1. Blend together F+F Sweet + Smokey Mustard, F+F Seville Orange + Fennel Preserves, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and juice of 1 orange, in a blender or a food processor.
2. Pour over chicken & let marinate for at least an hour, or ideally overnight, prior to cooking.
