Sweet and Spicy Apple Cinnamon BBQ Sauce

Heat meets the sweetness of premium honey in this delicious BBQ sauce. Our Apple Cinnamon BBQ Sauce can be used on pork, beef, or chicken for a sweet and spicy kick of flavor.

Sweet Molasses Meatballs

Chicken Apple BBQ Bake

COOK TIME: 35 minutes
YIELDS: 4-6 Servings

INGREDIENTS:
4 Chicken Breasts
Salt + Pepper, to taste
½ tsp Paprika
1 Onion
5 Apples
1-2 tsp Olive Oil or Butter
1 bottle F+F Sweet and Spicy Apple Cinnamon BBQ Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Chop up the chicken breasts into even ½ inch slices & season with salt, pepper & paprika & set aside.
2. Slice the onion & apples into ¼ inch pieces.
3. Arrange the apples, onion & chicken slices in a buttered or oiled baking dish.
4. Pour over the bottle of F+F Sweet and Spicy Apple Cinnamon BBQ Sauce & use a knife or basting brush to it smear around & evenly coat everything.
5. Bake at 350ºF in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
6. Let cool for 10 minutes before enjoying.

Sweet Molasses Meatballs

PREP TIME: 60 Minutes
COOK TIME: 30 Minutes
SERVINGS: 30 Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:
½ lb Ground Pork
½ lb Ground Beef
½ lb Ground Chicken
½ c Yellow Onion, diced
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Ginger, grated
6-8 Garlic Cloves, minced
3 Oranges
3 Lemons
3 Tbsp Milk
1 Egg
¼ c Panko Breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp Salt
2 Tbsp Freshly Ground Pepper
3 Tbsp Parsley
3 Tbsp F+F Mediterranean Spice Blend
4 Pieces Of White Bread
2 c F+F Sweet and Spicy Apple Cinnamon BBQ Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine all meats into a bowl & mix until well distributed.
2. Chop up the onion into a small dice & saute it in oil with the garlic & ginger, just until translucent. Set aside to cool.
3. Zest the oranges & lemons into the meat. Juice one of the oranges & one of the lemons into the meat.
4. Add the milk, eggs, panko, salt, pepper, parsley & F+F Mediterranean Spice Blend, and combine.
5. Tear the white bread into small bite-sized pieces & work it into the meat until combined.
6. Toss in herbs & sautéed onion mixture, and mix well.
5. Once all combined, scoop into tablespoon size balls & refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
6. Warm up the F+F Sweet and Spicy Apple Cinnamon BBQ Sauce on stovetop or in a slow cooker.
7. Add meatballs & cook low & slow, being careful not to boil the BBQ sauce.
