Cinnamon Pear Jam

Our F+F Cinnamon Pear Jam is a delicious combination of spicy cinnamon and the sweetness of pear. It makes the perfect spread for breakfast and dessert. Heat and drizzle on waffles. Mix with cream cheese for a dip or pour over ice cream.

Cinnamon Pear Fruit Dip

INGREDIENTS:
5 Tbsp F+F Cinnamon Pear Jam 
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
8 oz Greek Yogurt, plain
¼ c Powdered Sugar 

DIRECTIONS:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor & blend until smooth & creamy. 
2. Serve with your favorite fruit and crackers for dipping.

Cinnamon Pear Chutney

INGREDIENTS:
1 Shallot 
Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated 
½ c Raisins
½ c Apple Cider Vinegar 
1 jar F+F Cinnamon Pear Jam
1 Cinnamon Stick or ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon 
Salt & Pepper, to taste 

DIRECTIONS: 
1. Finely chop the shallot & sauté on medium-low heat with olive oil. 
2. Add the garlic, ginger & raisins. Sauté until fragrant & shallot is translucent. 
3. Stir in apple cider vinegar, F+F Cinnamon Pear Jam, and cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon, then simmer until half the liquid reduces. Remove from heat & remove cinnamon stick, if used. Season with salt & pepper.
4. Let cool. Store in an airtight container, once cooled.

Cinnamon Pear Guacamole

INGREDIENTS:
2 Ripe Avocados 
½ White Onion, medium dice 
½ c F+F Cinnamon Pear Jam 
1 tsp Paprika 
½ tsp Cumin 
Salt & Pepper 

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mash your avocados in a bowl.
2. Dice the onion & stir into the mashed avocado. 
3. Add in the F+F Cinnamon Pear Jam & mix until combined. 
4. Season with paprika, cumin, salt, pepper & any other desired spices. 
5. Serve with chips, veggies, etc.

Cinnamon Pear & Asiago Twist

INGREDIENTS:
2 Sheets Puff Pastry Dough, thawed
¼ c F+F Cinnamon Pear Jam 
2 Pears 
¼ c Asiago Cheese, finely grated

DIRECTIONS:
1. Defrost the puff pastry pack in the fridge overnight or on your counter for a couple hours.
2. Lay the dough flat & spread the F+F Cinnamon Pear Jam on half of the pastry dough.
3. Peel, core & slice the pears into thin slices. Then lay them on top of the jam, making sure they don’t overlap. 
4. Sprinkle about half of the Asiago cheese on top & then close the pastry dough in half like an envelope, making sure to seal the edges.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
6. Cut the filled dough into one-inch strips & carefully twist them. Then place the twisted dough strips onto a lined baking sheet.
7. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese & bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
