Dilly Jalapeno Hot Sauce

Our F+F Dilly Jalapeño Hot Sauce is perfect if you love spicy pickles. Change up your tacos with a crema, or try it on a southern style fried chicken sandwich. Employ it as an addition on hot dogs, pizza, or deviled eggs.

Dilly Jalapeño Martini

INGREDIENTS:
Ice Cubes
2 ½ oz Vodka
½ oz Vermouth (optional)
1 oz F+F Dilly Jalapeño Hot Sauce
Dill pickle, sliced in quarters or rounds, for garnish	

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker completely with ice. 
2. Pour vodka, vermouth & F+F Dilly Jalapeño Hot Sauce into the shaker, over the ice.
3. Shake until combined & cold.
4. Using a strainer, pour into a martini glass & serve with a slice of dill pickle.

Dilly Jalapeño Sausage Dog

INGREDIENTS:
4 Sausages
2 Pickles, finely chopped
½ Cucumber, finely chopped
½ White Onion, finely chopped
1 Roma Tomato, diced
4 Hot Dog Buns, toasted 
1-2 tsp F+F Dilly Jalapeño Hot Sauce
Mustard, to taste


INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Begin by grilling or baking sausages; set aside to let rest.
2. Dice toppings to get ready to assemble.
3. Assemble with toasted bun, sausage, F+F Dilly Jalapeño Hot Sauce & mustard. Top with pickles, cucumber, onion & tomato, as desired.

Dilly Fig Mustard Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS:
6 Eggs
1 Tbsp F+F Fig Ground Mustard Dip
½ c Mayonnaise or Greek Yogurt
4 Tbsp F+F Dilly Jalapeño Hot Sauce
Salt & Pepper, to taste

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
Jalapeños, thinly sliced
Fresh Dill, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Fill a large sauce pan with enough water to cover all 6 eggs. 
2. Once water is at a boil, carefully place the eggs in the water & boil for 10 minutes.
3. Remove eggs from boiling water & place into an ice bath, to cool.
4. Once cooled, peal & separate the eggs. Halve the egg whites and set aside on a serving tray. 
5. Mash the yolks in a mixing bowl. Add the F+F Fig Ground Mustard Dip & mayonnaise or Greek yogurt to the bowl & mix well. 
6. Drizzle in the F+F Dilly Jalapeño Hot Sauce, stirring & tasting as you go, to make sure it’s not too spicy for your taste.
7. Salt & pepper egg yolk mixture, to taste.
8. Once done, place the egg yolk mixture into a piping or ziplock bag & begin to fill the egg white halves.
9. Top each with fresh dill & a thin piece of jalapeño, if desired.

Dilly Jalapeño Guacamole

INGREDIENTS:
2 Ripe Avocados
1 Tbsp Jalapeños, chopped
½ White Onion, medium dice
6 Tbsp F+F Dilly Jalapeño Hot Sauce
½ tsp Cumin
Salt & Pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mash up avocados in a bowl.
2. Dice jalapeños & onion. Add to the mashed avocados.
3. Stir in F+F Dilly Jalapeño Hot Sauce & mix until combined.
4. Season with cumin, salt, pepper & any other desired spices.
5. Serve with chips, veggies, etc.

Dilly Jalapeño Crema

INGREDIENTS:
¼ c F+F Dilly Jalapeño Hot Sauce
½ c Sour Cream or Mexican Crema
1 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender & purée until mixed together.
2. Serve with quesadillas or on top of your favorite tacos.
