![Thai Coconut Tofu Curry
SERVINGS: 4-6 servings
COOK TIME: 40 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 bottle F+F Effortless Thai Coconut Curry Starter
½ White Onion, Julienned
1 pound Tofu
1 chopped Bell Pepper
1 cup Snow Peas
1 Carrots
Salt and Pepper
1 -3 tablespoon Cilantro
Juice of 1 Lime
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Take the tofu out of the packaging and cover it with a paper towel. Place a plate or heavy bowl on top to remove any additional liquid from the tofu.
2. Once most of the liquid has been removed, chop the tofu into large square pieces, about an inch.
3. Season the tofu with salt and pepper, Add oil to a sauté pan with a lip and the tofu on both sides until browned. Remove it from the oil and set it on top of a paper towel to drain while you cook the rest of your meal.
5. Deglaze the pan by sautéing chopped onion, carrots, and snow peas in it. Add oil or butter if needed.
6. Pour in F+F Effortless Thai Coconut Curry Starter sauce and reduce heat to low. Add back the tofu pieces.
7. Let everything simmer for 20-30 minutes.
