Spiced Holiday Hot Cocoa

INGREDIENTS: 
¾ c Whole Milk 
¼ c Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
¼ c Granulated Sugar 
3 Tbsp F+F Spiced Holiday Seasoning Blend 

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor & blend until fully combined. 
2. Add to a sauce pan & heat until warm. 
3. Pour into a mug, and serve warm.

Roasted Delicata Squash

INGREDIENTS: 
2-3 Small Delicata Squash 
¼ tsp Black Pepper 
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar 
¼ c F+F Spiced Holiday Seasoning Blend

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Begin by removing the top & bottom of the delicata squash, then cut in half & scrape out the seeds.
2. Julienne the remaining halves into ¼ inch thick pieces.
3. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet & toss with black pepper, brown sugar & F+F Spiced Holiday Seasoning Blend.
4. Roast at 400°F in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove & flip the pieces then return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes, or until roasted to your liking. 
5. Remove from the oven. Season with salt, if needed, & serve!

Spiced Holiday Gingerbread Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
2 tsp F+F Spiced Holiday Seasoning Blend 
3 c All-Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 ¼ c Unsalted Butter, softened
1 ½ c Granulated Sugar 
2 Eggs
2 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract 
½ c Molasses 

CINNAMON SUGAR FOR ROLLING: 
½ tsp Cinnamon 
½ c Sugar (for rolling) 
¼ tsp F+F Spiced Holiday Seasoning Blend

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a nonstick baking tray.
2. In a large bowl, combine F+F Spiced Holiday Seasoning Blend, flour, baking soda, salt & cinnamon.
3. In a separate bowl, use a mixer to cream together the softened butter and sugar until fluffy & white.
4. Add in one egg at a time and mix completely after each egg. 
5. Then add the grated ginger, vanilla extract & molasses. Mix well.
6. Slowly add in the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl, in batches, making sure to fully combine after each addition. 
7. Combine the cinnamon sugar ingredients in a small bowl. 
8. Using a cookie scoop, scoop dough and form into balls, rolling each in the spiced cinnamon sugar, & arrange them on the baking tray.
9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until fluffy & slightly browned. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.

Holiday Chip Mix

INGREDIENTS:
6 pieces Thick Bacon
1 bag Potato Chips, crinkle-cut
¼ c F+F Small Batch Vermont Maple Syrup
½ c Brown Sugar
2 tsp Chili Flakes
1 Tbsp Rosemary, chopped
1 Tbsp F+F Spiced Holiday Seasoning Blend

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 
2. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper or foil. Lay down the strips of bacon & bake for 12-15 minutes, until crispy.
3. Keep the oven on, but reduce the heat to 350°F.
4. Line a second sheet tray with parchment paper.
5. Pour the bag of chips onto the sheet tray, drizzle over the F+F Small Batch Vermont Maple Syrup, coating as evenly as possible. Toss with brown sugar, chili flakes, rosemary & F+F Spiced Holiday Seasoning Blend. 
6. Toss until evenly distributed. If needed, drizzle more F+F Small Batch Vermont Maple Syrup to get the rosemary & spices to stick to the chips. 
7. Place in the oven & bake for 10-15 minutes. Let cool completely. 
8. Chop up bacon into bite-sized pieces. Toss into cooled potato mix, breaking up any big clumps. 
9. Serve at room temperature. Store in an airtight bag. Best enjoyed the same day.
