Spiced Holiday Seasoning Blend

Warm in scent and taste, our F+F Spiced Holiday Seasoning Blend is the perfect combination of cloves, anise and peppercorns. Great for adding a seasonal touch to any of your favorite dishes. Elevate roasted vegetables or add to your favorite cookie dough for an exquisite holiday fair.


Spiced Holiday Hot Cocoa

INGREDIENTS: 
¾ cup whole milk 
¼ cup unsweetened coco powder
¼ cup white sugar 
3 TBSP F+F Spiced Holiday Seasoning 

DIRECTIONS:
1.	Add all ingredients to a blender or a food processor until fully combined. 
2.	Add to a sauce pot and heat until warm. 
3.	Serve warm, enjoy!

Roasted Delicata Squash 

INGREDIENTS: 
2-3 small delicata squashes 
¼ TSP of black pepper 
1 TBSP of brown sugar 
¼ cup F+F Spiced Holiday Seasoning Blend

DIRECTIONS:
1.	Begin by removing the top and bottom of the delicata squashes, then cut in half and scrape out the seeds.
2.	Julienne the remaining halves into ¼" thick pieces.
3.	Add to a lined sheet tray and toss with the black pepper, brown sugar and F+F Spiced Holiday Seasoning Blend.
4.	Roast at 400°F for 20 minutes. Remove and flip the pieces, then return to oven	for another 10-15 minutes or until roasted to your liking. 
5.	Remove from the oven and let cool, season with salt if needed.

Spiced Holiday Gingerbread Cookies 

INGREDIENTS:
1 ¼ cup butter (unsalted and soften)
1 ½ cup granulated sugar 
2 large eggs
½ cup molasses 
1 tablespoon vanilla extract 
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 TBSP baking soda
½ TSP salt
2 TSP fresh ginger
2 TSP cinnamon
2 TSP F+F Spiced Holiday Seasoning 

CINNAMON SUGAR FOR ROLLING: 
½ cup sugar (for rolling) 
¼ TSP F+F Spiced Holiday Seasoning
½ TSP cinnamon 

DIRECTIONS:
1.	Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchments paper or use a nonslip baking tray.
2.	In a large mixing bowl, combine all your dry ingredients together and set aside.
3.	Using a mixer, cream the softened butter together with granulated sugar until fluffy and white.
4.	Add in one egg at a time and mix completely then add in the fresh ginger and vanilla extract
5.	Slowly add in the dry ingredients in batches, making sure it is fully combined prior to adding more. 
6.	Once mixed, scoop into about ¼ inch size balls.
7.	When ready to bake, combine the cinnamon sugar in a small bowl and roll each ball into the sugar and place on your sheet tray.
8.	Bake for 12-15 minutes until fluffy and slightly browned.

Holiday Chip Mix 

INGREDIENTS:
6 pieces thick bacon 
1 bag potato chips 
¼ cup F+F Vermont Maple Syrup
½ cup brown sugar 
2 TSP chili, flaked 
1 TBSP chopped rosemary 
1 TBSP F+F Spiced Holiday Seasoning Blend

DIRECTIONS:
1. 	Preheat the oven to 375°F. 
2. 	Line a sheet tray with parchment paperor foil, lay down the strips of bacon and bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
3. 	Reduce oven temp to 350°F.
4. 	Line a second sheet tray with parchment paper, and pour the bag of chips onto the tray.
5. 	Drizzle the F+F Vermont Maple Syrup over the chips, coating as evenly as possible.  
6. 	Toss with brown sugar, chili flakes, rosemary and F+F Spiced Holiday Seasoning Blend. Toss	until evenly disturbed. If needed, drizzle more F+F Vermont Maple Syrup to get the rosemaryand spices to stick to the chips. 
7. 	Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. 
8. 	Let cool completely. Chop up bacon into bite size pieces. Toss into cooled potato mix, breaking up any big clumps. 
9. 	Serve at room temperature. Store in an airtight bag. Best when freshly made!
