Effortless Thai Peanut Sauce Mix

Chicken Satay with Thai Peanut Sauce

Assemble chicken skewers:
1. Use boneless, skinless chicken breast - two “cubes” 
    per skewer.  
2. Coat chicken with olive oil.
3. Season chicken with F+F Moroccan Seasoning blend, 
    salt and pepper to taste. 

Grill chicken skewers until cooked through. 
Serve with side of FF effortless Thai Peanut Sauce 
Directions for making sauce:
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
1 packet (48 g) Thai Peanut sauce starter
Heat water to a simmer. Whisk in peanut sauce mix, stir well. 
Whisk in peanut butter until smooth. Consistency can be adjusted with more warm water. 


Chicken Lumpias with  Thai Peanut Sauce

Prep Time:  5 Minutes
Cook Time: 7 Miinutes

16 Medium Sized Chicken Lumpias or Springrolls
8 Cups Oil for Deep Frying 
1/3 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup F+F Effortless Thai Peanut Sauce Mix


1.	Bring water to a simmer in a small pot. Whisk in F+F Effortless Thai Peanut 
	Sauce Mix, then whisk in peanut butter until smooth. Hold warm.
2.	Heat frying oil to 350F. Fry Lumpias until golden brown outside and filling is hot. 
3.	Place on paper towels, then plate and serve with warm peanut sauce
