Everything Bagel Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2–3 tbsp F+F Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1/2 large head green cabbage thinly sliced
  • 3 large carrots grated

Directions:

  1. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, and F+F Everything Bagel Seasoning together.
  2. Toss with cabbage and carrots.
  3. Refrigerate.

Everything Bagel Crackers

Everything bagels are a decadent treat for some. But light, crisp crackers flavored with our Everything Bagel Seasoning can become a daily delight. Savory caraway, onion and garlic are enhanced with almond meal which adds extra nutty flavor and crunch.

Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Servings: 24 crackers

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup F+F Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 teaspoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, combine almond meal and F+F Everything Bagel Seasoning, flour, baking powder, and butter.
  2. Mix on low speed until the mixture resembles a coarse meal.
  3. Stir in milk, and mix until mixture forms a soft dough.
  4. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill 10 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  6. Divide dough into quarters. Turn out one quarter onto a lightly floured work surface. Roll out into a very thin rectangle 1/16 inch thick. Cut into 2-1/2 inch squares.
  7. Transfer to an ungreased, parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough.
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Cool completely before serving or storing.
