Goan Coconut Fish Curry

The coastal orientation of Indian state Goa lends itself to great seafood in the cuisine known as Goan. Our Goan Curry Starter is all that’s required to replicate a classic preparation. We use tamarind and galangal with coconut milk to produce a rich, flavorful broth.

Prep Time:  5 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Servings: 2-3

Ingredients:
1 Pound Cod Fillet
1/3 Cup F+F Goan Curry Sauce Mix
1 Cup Water or Fish Stock
1/2 Cup Diced Tomatoes
Fresh Cilantro Leaves

Directions:
1.	Dust the fish with 1 or 2 teaspoons of F+F Goan Curry Sauce Mix as a seasoning. Set aside for 5 minutes.
2.	Mix remaining starter with warm liquid in a saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer on low for 5 minutes then add the fish. Poach until the fish is cooked and remove to serving bowls with the broth. Garnish with diced tomato, fresh cilantro, and serve with warm naan.

Shrimp Curry
